Events that are sponsored by, hosted by, or in collaboration with an IU campus, unit, college, school, or student organization can be posted. If you have questions about this policy, please contact your calendar administrator at the e-mail address below.
All officially recognized Indiana University organizations (schools, departments, units, centers, institutes, etc.) are encouraged to use the calendar. Please contact your calendar administrator to get your event listed. Some calendar administrators do require submitted events to be approved by them, the events will then be posted on the calendar.
If your organization regularly has many events and posts frequently, you may be given direct publishing access. To do this, first contact your calendar administrator, who will issue your organization a unique username and password along with instructions on how to post or submit events.
All student organizations wishing to contribute to the IU Events Calendar must be registered with their Student Activities Office.
